Jardin Essentials offer free shipping for all orders over $100 within Australia. This is automatically calculated at your checkout once order is placed. Orders placed will be dispatched within 24hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Standard Delivery Times: We use Australia Post e-parcel, estimate delivery approximately 2-8 days to deliver Australia wide. Regional areas may vary. Please note: Australia Post does not operate on weekends.

We will endeavour to get your order to you ASAP however in the event that a delivery is delayed, we will not cancel any orders or accept liability. We will also not be liable for any loss or damages arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has been made. 

Australia Post Tracking Website, provides the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates and advises you of any delays while your parcel is in transit.

Delivery Timings

• Standard Delivery: We charge a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia.
• Express Delivery: We charge a flat rate of $14.95 within Australia.
• Free Shipping: If your order is over $100, your order will be eligible for free shipping.  

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, simple enter this number into the Australia Post tracking website.

Jardin Essentials ship worldwide! Please note that the shipping costs to each country vary. The cost will be shown at checkout upon selection.

• NZ: For NZ Shipping, we charge a flat rate for regular delivery of $19.99.
• Asia Pacific region: For countries within the Asia Pacific region, we charge a flat rate for regular delivery of $29.99.
• USA & Canada: we charge a flat rate of $24.99.
• For all other countries: we charge a flat rate of $38.99.

Please note that all import duties, taxes and charges are unable to be included in the item, shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the customs office in the destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with purchase.

We don’t not take responsibility for any incorrect information that may have been provided at checkout and are there for not responsible or obligated to resend items at our expense.
