If there are any issues regarding your order please contact us and let us know and we will do our best to rectify it for you.

Unfortunately, due to health and safety, refunds and exchanges can only be made if your product arrives to you damaged or faulty. If your product does arrive damaged, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Include a photo of your purchased, faulty item, along with your order number.  There will be no returns or refunds for change of mind.
